1938 New Rochelle Commemorative PCGS MS67+ CAC
The New Rochelle is a polarizing Commemorative. For starters, it was struck in 1937 with a date of 1938. Also, these are generally found in above average grades, compared to other commemoratives. These are usually found very readily from MS64-66.
Our example is a PCGS MS67+ with CAC approval, which is quite important on commemoratives. This Commemorative is an absolute LUSTER BOMB,with nice frosty, original surfaces and rainbow splotches around the edges. The multicolor toning around the periphery is beautiful when contrasted with the darker toning around the edges. You will have no complaints with this piece in your set.
